Graduated in Communication & Advertising, holds an MBA at FGV – Getúlio Vargas Foundation and an extension in strategic people management at INSEAD. Has published articles at Inside Knowledge Magazine (UK), co-authored books such as “Management 2.0” and “10 Dimmensions of Innovation Management” (only published in Portuguese) and collaborated as a technical reviewer on the Brazilian edition of “Winning at New Products – Creating Value Through Innovation”, by Robert Cooper.
Expert in knowledge management and processes management. Has been leading projects in private and public companies, in manufacturing, services and consumer goods industries, for more than 15 years. Has solid experience also in project management, innovation management, performance management and KPIs, quality and productivity, industry benchmarking, business models, process studies for implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and process analysis for mergers and acquisitions.
Has worked as Consultancy Manager at Globant Brazil and as a senior consultant at TerraForum Consulting, and also as consultant and MBA teacher at Vanzolini Foundation, FIA-USP and PECE Poli USP. Has a master’s degree and a doctorate in Production Engineering (Poli USP), and graduation degree in Administration and in Chemestry at the same institution. Fluent in English, Spanish and German.
Has led and worked in projects in organizations such as Alcoa, Braskem, CPFL, Credicard Citi, CTEEP, EDP, AES/Eletropaulo, Engevix, Politécnica USP School, Telefonica Vivo Foundation, Vanzolini Foundation, Gerdau, Itaipu, Natura, Petrobras, SAAB, Serasa Experian, USP – University of São Paulo, among others.
Expert in strategic planning, knowledge management, intellectual capital and innovation management. Works as a guest teacher for knowledge management at Positivo University.
Has been in charge of Intellectual Capital and Knowledge Management Strategy at Embraco. In the same company, has also led knowledge management initiatives in the Innovation and New Businesses departments, and competitive intelligence and new product development in the marketing division. Before that, has led new product development at Whirlpool S.A.
Has an extension degree in marketing at ESPM (São Paulo) and in enterprise management at INPG (São Paulo), besides a graduation in business administration at FAE (Curitiba). Speaks fluently English and Spanish.
Has led and worked in projects in organizations such as Arroz Urbano, Eletrosul, Grupo Boticário Foundation, Itaipu Binacional, Interconexión Eléctrica S.A. (ISA Group), Kraft Foods, Lojas Salfer, Paraná Bank,, Seguradora Malucelli, Unimed e UNISUl, among others.
