Founder of Impakt Consultoria, speaker, and guest professor at SBGC (Brazilian Society of Knowledge Management), Integração Escola de Negócios, and the Executive MBA program at Hospital Albert Einstein.
He holds a degree in Communication (Fundação Cásper Líbero), an MBA in Marketing (FGV), with extensions in Strategic People Management (FDC/INSEAD, France), Knowledge Management (FGV), Evaluation of R&D and Innovation Results and Impacts (Unicamp), and Network Science (Coppead/UFRJ).
He is a co-author of 2 books and author of articles on knowledge management, corporate education, and innovation management. He leads projects in these areas for leading organizations in Brazil and abroad.
Alfredo Mendívil
Managing Partner at Impakt Consultoria and guest professor of Knowledge Management in the extension course at Universidade Positivo. He is a Business Administrator (FAE), post-graduated in Marketing (ESPM) and in Business Management (INPG).
Leads Knowledge Management, Corporate Education, and Innovation projects in leading organizations in Brazil and abroad.
Miguel Siano
Managing Partner at Impakt, focusing on Corporate Education, Knowledge Management, and E-Learning. He is a specialist in project management and development, training, and e-learning; design of corporate education models; supervision of course production and learning objects; and instructional design.
Develops multipliers, instructors, tutors, and instructional designers. He is a post-graduate professor and advisor (MBA in Corporate Education at Senac RJ, Universidade Veiga de Almeida-RJ, and UFF – Universidade Federal Fluminense). He is a biologist with a Master’s degree in Biosciences and Biotechnology, post-graduated in Instructional Design and in Environmental Analysis by IBGE.

Holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation (UFPI/PROFNIT), an MBA in Business Coaching (FAPRO), a Post-Graduate degree in Management and Accounting (CESVALE), and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences (FAP).
Served as a Local Innovation Agent for the ALI Program (SEBRAE/CNPq) in Piauí. She also has experience in Innovation Project Management, UX Research, Community Management, and Corporate Education.
She is a DISC Behavioral Analyst and the creator of a method focused on promoting scientific entrepreneurship. She participates in connection programs between startups and corporates, acts as a career mentor in a volunteer project, and is an innovation facilitator in the co-creation of projects, products, and services.
Bianca Silva
Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management and Corporate Education. A Specialist in Strategic People Management with an extension in Knowledge Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV), she has over 8 years of experience in companies across different segments, working on projects involving Knowledge Bases, Technical Writing, UX Writing, and Corporate Education.
Worked on ISO 9001 Certification projects, process redesign and modeling, manual creation, articles, in-person and E-Learning training, and Knowledge Base implementations for the medical technology and banking sectors, based on the international Knowledge-Centered Support (KCS) methodology and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.
Cassio Ribeiro
Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management and Corporate Education. He has experience in e-learning and Organizational Training and Development. Worked on structuring learning ecosystems, integrating dynamic technological platforms and diverse educational programs, ranging from the transfer of core content to experiential activities.
Participated in the strategic direction of some of the largest corporate universities in Brazil (Petrobras, Vale, TIM, CTEEP, Itaipu Binacional) and in the executive management of learning areas in major service companies (TOTVS and Falconi).
Jaqueline Matos
Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management, Corporate Education, and Information and Knowledge Technology.
Holds an MBA in Agile Processes and Methodologies (Ibmec), with an extension in Project Management (FGV), certified in CSM and SAFe Agilist, Design Thinking (FIAP), Digital Transformation (Inova Business School), and Knowledge Management (SBGC). Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the University of Sorocaba.
Experience in consulting projects at Impakt and EY across sectors such as: food, mining, oil & gas, sanitation, and pharmaceuticals. Experience in Knowledge Management, Corporate Education, Change Management, Data and AI Project Management, Business Processes, and Continuous Improvement.
Juliana Lima
Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management and Corporate Education. Psychologist with an MBA in HR, specialist in Strategic Knowledge and Innovation Management, and a post-graduate student in Psychology in the Digital Age.
With over 19 years of experience, she works in Knowledge Management, Organizational Culture, People Management, and Corporate Education. In large organizations, she led human and organizational development initiatives, structuring learning tracks, leadership programs, onboarding, and actions aligned with business strategy.
She has experience in developing models and implementing Knowledge Management and initiatives such as communities of practice and collaborative platforms, as well as mapping and managing critical competencies, and strengthening corporate culture.
João Valsecchi
Impakt Consultant, has experience in management consulting for medium and large companies in Brazil and Latin America, on topics such as strategy, innovation, knowledge management, talent management, organizational transformation, digital transformation, and sustainability.
He is a PhD candidate in Production Engineering at Poli / USP, having completed a sandwich doctorate program at the School of Management of Fudan University in Shanghai, China. Master’s in Production Engineering and graduated in Public Relations from USP, with studies at the Libera Università di Lingue e Comunicazione IULM in Milan, Italy.

Worked in technology companies, mining, a sports mega-event, institutes, energy, shipping, and television.
She is a Master’s student in Creative Economy, Strategy, and Innovation (ESPM), a Specialist in Knowledge Management and Business Intelligence (COPPE/UFRJ), post-graduated in Strategic Information Management (UFRJ), holds a Bachelor’s degree in Archival Science (UNIRIO), and is currently completing a certification in Executive Education Management (ENAP).
Maria Luiza Vietes
Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management projects. Master’s student in Social Anthropology through the Post-Graduate Program in Social Anthropology at the University of Brasília (PPGAS/UnB), graduated in Social Sciences with a specialization in Anthropology and in International Relations (IESB).
Worked in Federal Public Administration bodies, such as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MRE), the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District (CLDF), and the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), gaining experience in qualitative research, event organization, and archive management. She also worked in international organizations, such as the International Policy Centre for Inclusive Growth (IPC-IG) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), where she supported the creation of virtual courses and the management of online repositories.
Marina Machado
Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management, Intelligence, and Innovation projects. She graduated from the Institute of Administration and Management (PUC-Rio), holding MBAs in Project Management (PUC-Rio) and in Business from the Católica Porto Business School.
Worked with strategic planning and led corporate projects, process improvement initiatives, and change management in the areas of Information Technology, Logistics, Procurement, Infrastructure, Security, Communication, Social Responsibility, among others. Has professional experience in the French market, as a PMO, and in agile methodology projects.
Paula Miranda
Project Manager and Impakt Consultant in Knowledge Management with over 18 years of experience in Projects and Consulting.
Graduated in Psychology/UFF, she is a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Green Belt (Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/CSSGB). Master’s degree in Production Engineering / Management and Innovation/UFRJ. MBA in Project Management/Ibmec. Master on Business and Knowledge Management (MBKM)/UFRJ, and an MBA in Strategic Business Management/UFF.
Worked in large national and multinational companies as a project manager and consultant, focusing on knowledge management and change management, organizational culture, corporate education, and distance learning (EAD), in addition to implementation initiatives for SAP, EIM (Enterprise Information Management), HR, BPO, among others, across sectors such as Energy, Mining, Food, and Telecom.
